Returns & Refunds Policy
Last updated: 21/05/2026
Thank you for shopping with Club Sourced Ltd. We take great care in sourcing and selling unique antique and vintage items. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no returns policy for change-of-mind purchases. Please review the following terms before making a purchase.
Returns
No Returns for Change of Mind: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Condition & Description: Each item is antique or vintage and may show signs of age. We make every effort to describe and photograph all items accurately, including any flaws or imperfections. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the item is sold "as-is."
Consumer Rights Exception: If an item is found to be significantly misdescribed or faulty in a way not disclosed in the listing, customers may be entitled to a return under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. However, minor signs of age, wear, or patina that are expected for vintage/antique items do not constitute a fault. Additionally, if an item is sold with known faults clearly stated in the description and photos, it will not be eligible for a return on the basis of being "faulty."
Cancellations
All Sales Are Final: Because every piece we sell is unique — often one-of-a-kind — placing an order takes it off the market for other buyers. For this reason, orders are treated as final once placed and we do not, as a matter of course, accept cancellations.
Cancellations at Our Discretion: We may, entirely at our discretion, agree to cancel an order as a goodwill gesture. Whether we do so, and on what terms, is decided case by case. Agreeing to one cancellation does not oblige us to agree to another.
Restocking Fee: Where an order is cancelled outside of any statutory right you may have (see "Your Statutory Rights" below) — whether at your request and with our agreement, or by us for one of the reasons set out below — we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of no less than 30% of the order value. We don't expect to apply this in most cases — it is reserved for situations where unwinding the sale carries a real cost to us, in particular where we have sourced or purchased an item specifically to fulfil your order. The fee reflects the genuine cost of unwinding a sale: re-marketing and re-photographing the piece, the staff time involved, and the commercial reality that returning a previously-sold item to stock can deter future buyers — meaning we often have to move it on through other channels, sometimes at a lower price. It is a reasonable pre-estimate of these costs, not a penalty.
Orders We May Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel an order ourselves and issue a refund where:
- we need information from you to fulfil the order (for example, shipping, customs, or delivery details) and you have not responded within 10 days of our request;
- we have any reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity connected to the order; or
- we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
Where we cancel an order for one of these reasons, you will receive a refund of the amount paid, subject to the restocking fee above where it applies.
Your Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights. If you are a consumer buying online, you may have a statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, subject to the exceptions set out in those Regulations. Where such a right applies, it takes precedence over the terms above, and we will handle your cancellation and refund in line with the law.
Damage in Transit & Shipping Liability
Risk Transfers to the Buyer Upon Dispatch: Once an item is shipped, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. We package items securely using appropriate materials for the item being shipped.
Shipping Insurance: For items over a certain value, we will include shipping insurance, and this will be reflected in the shipping cost. However, we do not accept liability for damage in transit where it concerns glass and fragile items that shipping companies themselves will not cover, even with insurance.
No Refunds for Transit Damage on Fragile Items: If the shipping carrier does not provide compensation for damage to glass or other fragile items, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for such items. If you are concerned about potential damage, please contact us before purchasing to discuss additional shipping options.
Receiving a Damaged Item
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit:
Inspect the Package on Arrival: If the packaging shows signs of severe damage, report it to the courier upon delivery.
Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the package, item, and any damage immediately upon receipt.
File a Claim: If you have opted for shipping insurance, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We can assist by providing proof of postage and packaging details if needed.
