Club Sourced Ltd. Shipping Policy

At Club Sourced Ltd., we are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle and deliver your orders.

Shipping Timeframes

  • We aim to ship orders within 2 working days of purchase. However, we always aim to dispatch items on the same day or the next working day where possible. If you need your item quicker, please contact us ahead or at purchase and we will do our best to accomodate.
  • Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

International Shipping

  • Please note, due to recent changes Import/customs fees are now collected upfront when booking shipment. These costs will be issued to you as the buyer in an invoiced and payment must be made in full before the item can be sent. We unfortunately can't calculate these until after the order is placed.
  • We offer international shipping to select locations. Shipping times and costs will vary based on the destination and the nature of the order.
  • International buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and will be collected by the local postal service before delivery. Please check with your local customs office for estimated fees before purchasing.
  • Any damage or issues MUST be reported to us within 1 working day of delivery in order for us to pursue a claim with the courier. Failure to report damage within this time period will affect any claim and will unfortunately result in us not being able to provide a refund or compensation.

Packaging and Handling

  • We take great care in packaging all items securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. This may include shopping in multiple consignments if there is a risk of one item damaging another inside the box
  • We live by the policy of re-use, re-use and recycle. Therefore we aim to reduce packaging waste while still protecting the item, re-use packaging from local businesses and other deliveries we receive. This means your parcel may include branding from other companies and services. This also allows us to maintain a reasonable shipping cost for customers. 

Shipping Providers

  • We use a variety of trusted shipping providers to ensure that your order is delivered safely and efficiently. We primarily use Royal Mail given their reputation and price point both domestically and internationally, however some items may require special shipping due to their size or value. This will be reflected in the price.
  • The choice of shipping provider is determined by the size, value, and fragility of the items in your order. This ensures that the shipping method is appropriate for your purchase.
  • We may offer to deliver items ourselves or via a courier where the value and/or fragility warrants it. This will be quoted after purchase and a link to pay sent if agreed, items will be usually marked as free delivery with a notification in the description where this applies

Multiple Packages

  • If your order contains multiple items of varying size, weight, or fragility, we may ship them in separate packages. This helps us optimize costs and ensure the safe delivery of all items.
  • You will be notified if your order is split into multiple packages, and tracking information will be provided for each package where applicable.

Liability for Transit Damage

  • Once your order is handed over to the shipping provider, we do not accept liability for items that are lost or damaged during transit without;
    • Comprehensive photos of the damage from different angles
    • Photos of the box/packaging including the shipping label and where there is obvious damage to the box, photos of this damage
    • Any supporting evidence (such as ring doorbell footage)
    • you must notify us of damage within 1 day of delivery, so that we can make a claim with the shipping provider. Failure to do so will jeopardise our claim and may in turn result in us being unable to refund or compensate you
  • Where damage is minor, affects only one or some of the consignment or where a replacement is available we reserve the right to offer a partial refund, offer to repair locally or replace the item. We also reserve the right to request a return of the damaged item at our expense so that it may be restored and resold.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet our shipping timeframes, delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions) may occur. We appreciate your understanding in such instances.
