1. Nature of Products

Club Sourced Ltd. specializes in the sale of vintage and antique items. These items are pre-owned and, due to their age, will typically exhibit wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs, or patina, which are consistent with their history and usage. We make every effort to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of each item, accompanied by high-quality photographs that highlight notable features and any visible faults. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that all items are sold “as-is” and that signs of age are inherent to vintage and antique products.

2. Item Condition and Faults

Any notable faults or imperfections beyond typical wear and tear will be mentioned in the product description and shown in the accompanying images. Items that are sold with known faults clearly stated in the description and photographs are not eligible for returns on the basis of being "faulty." If you have any questions or would like additional information or images about a specific item, please contact us before making your purchase.

3. Product Attribution and Authenticity

We make every effort to verify the origin, year, designer, brand, or other details of our items. Where we cannot confirm these details with 100% certainty, we will use the term "attributed to" in the product description to indicate the likely origin or creator based on our research and expertise. While we strive to provide accurate information, buyers acknowledge that some details may remain subjective or unverifiable.

4. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out your rights in full. In summary:

  • Changing your mind: If you bought online and you live in the UK, the EU or Norway, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. We do not offer change-of-mind returns to customers outside those countries. Where you cancel, you arrange and pay for the return, within the cost limits published in our Returns & Refunds Policy, and we refund the item price together with what you paid us for the original delivery.

  • Faulty or misdescribed items: Wherever you live, if an item is not of satisfactory quality, not as described, or not fit for a purpose you told us about, you have 30 days to reject it for a full refund and we pay the cost of its return. In the EU and Norway the applicable period is longer and we honour it. Faults we clearly disclosed in the listing before you bought are not a basis for rejection; anything we failed to disclose is.

  • Risk in transit: Risk remains with us until the item comes into your physical possession, except where you have arranged your own carrier that we did not offer you, in which case risk passes when we hand the item over to them. If an item arrives damaged you deal with us directly and you are not required to claim against the carrier yourself.

  • Damaged items: Please send us photographs of the item and of the internal and external packaging before unpacking further. This supports our claim against the courier. It does not affect your right to a refund, and nor does how quickly you tell us.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or the consumer law of your country of residence.

5. Limitation of Liability

Club Sourced Ltd. is not responsible for any damage, loss, or dissatisfaction resulting from the normal wear and tear or subjective expectations of vintage and antique items. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.

6. Modifications to Terms

Club Sourced Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, and any contract of sale formed between you and Club Sourced Ltd., together with any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. This applies wherever in the world you are located and regardless of the country to which your order is delivered.

You and Club Sourced Ltd. agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or any contract of sale between us.

Nothing in this clause removes or limits any mandatory protection available to you under the law of your country of residence where you purchase as a consumer, including any right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Club Sourced Ltd. in relation to your purchase. Each of those policies is incorporated into these Terms of Service and is subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions set out in clause 7 above.

By placing an order with Club Sourced Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Thank you for supporting our business and sharing our love for timeless vintage and antique treasures!
