1. Nature of Products

Club Sourced Ltd. specializes in the sale of vintage and antique items. These items are pre-owned and, due to their age, will typically exhibit wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs, or patina, which are consistent with their history and usage. We make every effort to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of each item, accompanied by high-quality photographs that highlight notable features and any visible faults. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that all items are sold “as-is” and that signs of age are inherent to vintage and antique products.

2. Item Condition and Faults

Any notable faults or imperfections beyond typical wear and tear will be mentioned in the product description and shown in the accompanying images. Items that are sold with known faults clearly stated in the description and photographs are not eligible for returns on the basis of being "faulty." If you have any questions or would like additional information or images about a specific item, please contact us before making your purchase.

3. Product Attribution and Authenticity

We make every effort to verify the origin, year, designer, brand, or other details of our items. Where we cannot confirm these details with 100% certainty, we will use the term "attributed to" in the product description to indicate the likely origin or creator based on our research and expertise. While we strive to provide accurate information, buyers acknowledge that some details may remain subjective or unverifiable.

4. Returns & Refunds Policy

  • No Returns for Change of Mind: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • Consumer Rights Exception: If an item is found to be significantly misdescribed or faulty in a way not disclosed in the listing, customers may be entitled to a return under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Damage in Transit: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon dispatch. Shipping insurance is included for items over a certain value; however, we do not accept liability for transit damage to fragile items such as glass, where shipping companies do not offer compensation even with insurance.

  • Receiving a Damaged Item: If an insured item arrives damaged, buyers should document the damage and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We can assist by providing proof of postage and packaging details if needed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Club Sourced Ltd. is not responsible for any damage, loss, or dissatisfaction resulting from the normal wear and tear or subjective expectations of vintage and antique items. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.

6. Modifications to Terms

Club Sourced Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
