A striking 1970’s coffee table crafted in birdseye burlwood maple veneer with a smoked glass centre and fine brass inlay detailing. Displaying warm honeyed tones from the Birdseye maple which has incredible pattern, providing depth to the piece. Geometric in form, it has such a presence and sculptural quality anchored with its chunky plinth base and the table tops thick edges. I love the combination of the warmth from the burlwood and architectural clean lines.
In good vintage condition. There is a small knock to one of the top corners, but is not very noticeable and does not take away from this piece.
