French Modernist Brass Bowl

A striking rare French modernist solid brass bowl in the manner of Jean Després, circa 1930’s. Displaying excellent craftsmanship with its hand hammered textured surface and raised rivet detailing. The bowl sits on 4 externally mounted squared legs which give this piece a bold architectural stance. In excellent condition with a warm aged patina.
