German Ercol Lucite Light-up Mirror

A striking illuminated wall mirror from Germany, made by Ercol and dating to the 1970s. Displaying a thick, ribbed Lucite frame that sits flush against the wall, creating a seamless blend and sleek silhouette. The Lucite frame features tiny bubbles suspended throughout which catch the light beautifully and add depth whether the lamp is switched on or off. 

When illuminated, the mirror emits a warm ambient glow, operated by a simple pull cord, it’s both practical and a design piece. I can see this in a bathroom or W/C. 

This piece needs to be hard wired and takes 6 small screw bulbs. The mirror slots onto the mounting plate for easy hanging and changing of bulbs.
