A mid-century studio pottery plate, hand-painted and decorated with a stylised woman figure in flowing brushstrokes of blue, ochre and earthy brown. The expressive design is framed by a dotted border. Stamped on the back, although the artist is not identified it is believed to be European.

A mid-century Belgian shield shaped wall mirror with a thick solid brass frame, dating to the 1950’s. The frame displays decorative applied scrollwork on the sides, bottom and crest. The original plate is bevelled and suspended within the frame. In very good vintage condition, a weighty piece which speaks to its high quality.
