Pair of Swedish Mid-Century Glass and Brass Wall Sconces by Malmö Metallvarufabrik AB

A beautiful and rare pair of Swedish mid-century wall sconces by Malmö Metallvarufabrik AB. Displaying textured irregular raised glass panels mounted on brass fittings with a brass coiled candle holder. When lit, due to its design, light is captured and scatters beautifully creating a warm, ambient glow. The original makers sticker remains to the back.

Overall in good condition, there is damage to one of the sconces (scroll to the last images and see the top sconces hung on the wall) - although it is cracked across the middle and chipped on the side, it’s very hard to notice due to the nature of its design. It certainly does not take away from the aesthetic of these.
