Vintage ceramic dish in a vibrant turquoise glaze, most likely Scandinavian, probably Swedish and dating to the 1960s. Displaying a wide rim decorated with a hand drawn white wavy border and two ribbed handles. Makes a perfect catch-all on a console or side table.
