Italian Mid-century Brass Shield Mirror

A beautiful Italian mid-century shield mirror with a brass frame and twisted swirl motifs in the style of Gio Ponti. This mirror is extremely high quality with a thick glass plate and backed with wood. I can see this looking fantastic in a hallway or bathroom/WC.

It’s in good quality for its age, with slight foxing to areas of the plate which only add to its charm. There is a hook on the back ready for the mirror to be hung.
