Italian Pencil Reed & Brass Rim Basket

A brilliant Italian 1970’s square pencil reed basket, featuring rounded edges and finished with a brass rim that has a beautifully aged patina. In the style of iconic Italian designer Gabriella Crespi, it’s the perfect piece that is both practical and a design item. I see it being used in a bathroom as storage, or styled on a shelf with other trinkets and books. In good vintage condition.
